Workshop "Dissemination of Agricultural Statistics Data"

Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia organized a three-day workshop for users of statistical data entitled "Dissemination of Agricultural Statistics Data" in Vrnjačka Banja (30.10 - 1.11.2024.), as part of the post-census activities of the IPA 2018 project. The workshop gathered representatives of the most important institutions - users of agricultural statistics data: the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the Institute for the Application of Science in Agriculture and others. The aim of this workshop was to acquaint the participants - users of statistical data with the method of disseminating, with a special reference to the agricultural statistics data, i.e. data obtained from the implementation of the Census of Agriculture 2023. In addition, participants were informed on future tasks and challenges in agricultural statistics, as well as the importance of cooperation to provide all necessary data for national and international needs in this statistical area.
